tuneup, again, won't load, and the program I download won't load

THis doesn't address the problem. The excecutable program executes, then when (apparently) complete the screen goes back to where it was before I downloaded and opened the executable file. Blip. No message.

to be clear, I have a paid AVG Tuneup program. It won't .load. When I access AVG to download the executable file to reinstall Tuneup, it doesn't work.
