microsoft surface 3 recently upgraded from window 8.1 to 10, but the problem started before the upgrade. pctuneup will not open. the window opens and there is just a spinning icon forever. i have uninstalled and reinstalled zen, pctunetup, and avg protection repeatedly and run the avg remover tool repeatedly, it's the same behavior every time: protection and privacy/identity install fine, but performance gets to exactly 83% installed in the zen window, but the pctuneup window just spins and spins for hours until i stop it.
i have had this happen on three other windows devices since i bought 'ultimate,' so i know the drill. you give me a case number so i can chat with a 'senior' engineer, who will do a remote session to my pc for a couple of hours and repeat all the steps i've already done, and get the same results, then he'll collect some logs from my machine. a couple of days later he'll tell me "yes, it's a bug that will be fixed in the next release." theni'[ll never hear from anybody about the issue again. then one afternoon a few weeks or months later i'll decide to give it another shot, and it will work.
let's get the ball rolling on that process, please.

There is no error message. There is just the big black performance/pc tuneup window, with a small, spinning white circle in the center of it, For as long as I let it spin. Please provide with my case number and instructions to start the logmein chat with an engineer
