My TuneUp on Windows 2010 64B only starts by new installation.
Activating tuneUp leave a black TuneUp Window an a endless work in the cpu and memory.
After removing and reinstalling the software, again it is only operational at the end of installation and never more?

From the Screenshot you wil see, tha th start procedure ar running for ever without starting TuneUp
