Tuneup Free won't let me load my current version of Tuneup-Unllimited

Thank you for your help.  So I don't do this again, did I do something wrong so I can prevent it in the future and perhaps others on the Support Threads could benefit from.

I recently purchased a new computer, logged in to AVG, and downloaded Tuneup-Unlimited.  Now I am getting messages that my Free trial has expired.  My current license is good until September of this year.

So I uninstalled, deleted the cookies, reloaded from my AVG Account for MY LICENSE and it always installs as the Fee Version.  I am logged-in in Zen as the Administrator.

Do I have to install my other AVG products to make this work correctly.  I cannot find any reference to this problem. 

When I get the Install Screen, I don't have the option of Customized Installation and don't get a way to sign in, although Zen is signed in with me as the Administrator.   I also notice that when I log into my AVG account I have two products, the Free and the Unlimited version but cannot find a way to delete the Free Version.

Wits end here.  Any help out there?

Thank you for the screenshot. We have resolved the AVG PC TuneUp activation issue from our end. Please sign out from the AVG Zen interface and sign in back to your account and see the product gets activated.
