Hi Gregory,
I apologize for the inconvenience.
When you run maintenance scan on your PC, you must cleared your browsing and download history. That's the reason the websites were removed on your browser.
The Rescue Center allows you to undo certain changes made by AVG TuneUp. To access the Rescue Center, click the undo icon on the right side of the AVG TuneUp interface. You can view a list of actions and click Undo next to any action you want to reverse.
To disable scanning for browsing and download history in the future, you can follow the below steps.
Open AVG TuneUp interface > Menu > Settings > Automatic Maintenance and uncheck 'Browsing and download history'.
I ran the free trial on tuneup 4 days ago and it immediately stopped my email from working and then i found it had lost the link to delete items in the rubbish bin. I've been furiously looking for a solution within my computer with no luck.
I checked the pages of tuneup for a restore button as suggested elsewhere but I cannot find one anywhere in the program.
I desperately need to restore my email link and undo all the damage done.
Any suggestions. I have 3 days left on my free use.
