I have had AVG TuneUP since 2014 and renew whenever due. Recently it stopped working. Today I was asked to renew for 1 year and I have done so. But it still didn't work so I uninstalled and reinstalled it. Now every way I try to make it work ends with an invitation to buy it again. I asked for a chat and AVG declined. I rang the offered Help 'phone number only to be informed it is not a valid 'phone number. I don't have an activation code or licence code and the original one isn't valid any more. I have emailed for my licence numbers and been sent those for Virus removal, AntiTrack, Driver Update, Internet Security but not for TuneUp. Why is it so? and how do I cure it, please? I have used AVG for many years and it usually gives good service.
