Tuneup left MS Access to Outlook Mail unworkable

Sorry for the inconvenience caused.
If the issue persists, even after restoring and uninstalling AVG PC tuneup then the issue is not due to AVG PC tuneup.
Did you try the restore changes made by AVG PC tuneup or the windows system restore?
Do you have the AVG antivirus program installed?
If yes, please try disabling it temporarily by following the instructions mentioned in this link: http://avgread.me/1GnMD3N and then check whether MS Outlook is working.

After installing tune up evaluation I discovered that I could no longer send emails from MS Access to Outlook using 'send' or any other method.

I have uninstalled but the problem remains.

I have Restored, but the problem remains.

I do not know what changes AVG made to my Windows 7 nor how to remove them and get back to my original settings.

 I have used AVG and to date have been very pleased with it, as I run this system on a voluntary basis but security is important. 
 
Unfortunately as I am unable to recover I can no longer send details to my mailing list or individuals. I would like to know how to recover.
