TuneUp not working - the circle keeps spinning

When I open TuneUp, it lets me do a Maintenance Scan but when I say Fix Now, it stops working. A new window opens with a circular loading animation that just keeps looping. I don't receive any error message. The same thing happens when I try to do a Disk Doctor Scan of Windows (C:). No error message - - just endless spinning/loading.

I have tried repairing TuneUp and restarting my laptop. I have also updated AVG Internet Security and restarted. No change.

Further, when I do the Maintenance Scan using TuneUp, it completes the scan but later on the dashboard it says "last scan Feb 7". Today is July 28 and I ran multiple scans today. No record.

We understand that you wish to know if the trial period of the subscription will be still active after reinstall.
