Hi, I am trying to install PC_TuneUp_14.0.1001.523.exe on a new computer and it does not do so. I login to my AVG account, go to products, download the file (PC_TuneUp_14.0.1001.523.exe is what is downloaded as default), run it, give permission to install, choose language (British English), agree to both T&C and user data usage, and then it just disappears and I am taken automatically to the site http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=Issues-with-AVG-PC-TuneUp-installation.
I follow the site's instructions (1. reboot + try again = same result; 2. reboot + dfifferent file from the site = same result).
I have tried leaving the language as default USA English, same result. Could not find suitable solution to this problem on the forums. Any help?
