i am on a monthly subscription. i receive constant popups telling me to renew. i want to stop being constantly harassed or i am going to cancel my subscription.

I apologize for the inconvenience caused, please check that you're Logged into the AVG Dashboard with your AVG MyAccount to activate the AVG TuneUp Unlimited.
