Did you run AVG remover tool and reinstall the latest version of AVG TuneUp Unlimited?
If you have not tried that, please follow the steps from this link https://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=Uninstall-TuneUp to remove and reinstall AVG TuneUp on your computer.

Bryan, you have an active subscription of AVG TuneUp on your account.
AVG TuneUp you have bought needs to be activated by logging in to your AVG MyAccount from the Tuneup interface.
Open AVG TuneUp, click on "My AVG->My Subscriptions". From here login to your AVG MyAccount to activate the product.
You can also follow the steps from this link https://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=Activate-TuneUp to activate the product.
Ignore the part where it asks for a "Activation code", instead login to your AVG MyAccount to activate.
If you face any difficulties, please let us know and we will assist you further.
Having renewed my annual subscription for TuneUp Unlimited on 16 Feb 2019, the app states my free trial has expired and invites me to purchase the product. I have contacted Tech Support twice via the chat facility and on each occasion told to expect an email that will allow me to reinstall the app. No emails have been received. I am aware other users are reporting similar problems. If not resolved I shall demand a refund under the 30 day cancellation option.
Perhaps I should re-confirm that my 1 yr subscription was paid on 16 Feb 2019

You may need to re-activate the subscription to get rid off trial expiry notices.

We're working on some design changes to your AVG Account. But don't worry, managing your subscriptions will be as easy as ever. Stay tuned!' My AVG->My Subscriptions would not run. It does now. So case closed. But this has not been a good experience.
