I have the license (via Account) fur this product. It works properly with my PC's, a Samsung S4 mini and a Samsung Tab 3. When I try to upgrade the free version, there will be ne result, only, that the name of the owner is wrong. On all equipements it is  xxxuewixxx@ (shorted), on the S$ ther appears xxxuuwixxx@. And therefore i will not be able to use the pro-wervion, which i haved payed for. The contact to avg with ref: _00Db0Z3Sf._5000N1SmvJc:ref only tells my serveral times, how to upgrade to pro. I know that, but it does not work on my S4. Has anyone an idea about this problem?
