Dear AVG, I would like to cancel my full AVG Tuneup (after a 60-day trial) subscription because I purchased a different product. I have cancelled the subscription, however, the email response to the cancellation stated that “All subscriptions are on a rolling basis and at the end of the currently purchased and selected period, we will automatically charge the current undiscounted price (which may change if applicable) and applicable tax based on the payment details on file for each additional period (of the same duration as the current period) until the subscription is cancelled (which is subject to the Cancellation Policy) and the charge will be deducted up to 35 days before the start of the new period.” Will I then receive any deductions or billing, or have I cancelled my subscription completely? Because the information in the cancellation policy was not entirely clear. Please let me know if there is anything else I should do? And may I assume that there will be no further charges to my account.
