Yeah AVG will not help with this issue. They want you to buy the new crappier product so they deactivated the old software keys.
Don't bother with this company now. Total fraudsters!
They will NOT reactivate the old keys under any circumstances. Thats what they told me.

TuneUp Utilities is an old product for which the support has ended since Dec 2016, which means there will be no more feature upgrades, no compatibility updates to support newer operating systems such as upcoming Windows 10 releases, no critical security updates and no customer support. The product has reached EOL (End Of Life).

2021 starts with bad news ! Since today, I have excatly the same issue with TuneUp 2014 "your product has expired". I have paid for it for unlimited use and even if the software is no longer maintain I want to use it again.
Please give us a link to download an unlimited version of Tuneup 2014 or a new licence key.

I too experienced the "your product has expired." I have a paid license for TuneUp Utilities 2014. I still use Windows 7 Pro and the product worked for me, until it "expired." Will I receive a refund or will my keycode be reinstated for the product I purchased?
I see that the AVG products want a monthly subscription but my product was a one-time purchase.

It says above. With the beginning of the year 2021, the product keys for TuneUp Utilities 2014 purchased as Lifetime became invalid. This is now fixed by AVG.
