TuneUp was installed by your tecs - now says "my trial has expired"

Can you help me please… Bought Tuneup along with AVG on 2 November 2018.
Have tried to download 50,000 times!  Each time the following error code appears, Unexpected error code: 0xe001f94e  I have Windows 7 - 64bit.  Really looking forward to using this.

Abdul: Please make a note of your case number (07480531) for future reference.
Day 2 – I spent a lot of time learning and understanding TuneUp.  My computer was faster already!
Day 3 – “Your Trial has expired – Buy Now.” I don’t know anything about a trial.   I am not going to pay twice. So what do I do now?
