Already been reported I know.
I have purchased the new tune up and that was the main reason I bought it.
I've read other comments on how good the latest one is meant to be but the main feature for me has been removed. Probably won't renew again now.

Turbo mode feature has been removed in the latest version based on user ratings and feedback received for earlier version. The latest version includes advanced features like Software Updater, Automatic Maintenance and Software Cleanup.
