Unfortunately, it is not an option to turn off automatic updates in AVG for Mac.

Hi! I have a very limited amount of internet data available at home and would like to manually run updates from the public library but I cannot sort out how to set the updates to manual on AVG Free for Mac, can anyone offer some help? Thanks.
