I am sorry to hear that. Please follow the below steps and check if that fix this issue:
Please open the AVG Internet Security installed in your computer and click on Menu->Settings->Components->Firewall->Customize->Change the application settings from "Auto Decide to "Allow". Once this is done, click on "Network Profile(Left side of the interface) and change the profile to "Private" if selected in "Public". Once this is done, please check if you are able to send emails from outlook.
The AVG will not let my e-mails in outlook send.
