After a pc crash I managed to repair almost everything except AVGTuneUp. It is blocked and the following message appears: problem event name APPCRUSH, application name Tuscanx.exe, module name errors StackHash_52ad, etc.
If I search in the program folder there is an application called Tuscanx with 2609 kb but it does not have the .exe extension. Is there anything I can do? The license number is valid, can I uninstall and start the installation again? How should I proceed?Do you recognize that it is always the same pc?I also have an AVG antivirus, it works well.Thanks if you can help me
