how do i fix tuscanx.exe failure

this issue is still bugging me - deinstalled the whole lot and reinstalled to no avail. Please notify when solved.

Ive gotten this message the past two days when running PC Tuneup; also, this program seems to be working continually on analyzing Freeing Up space in Browser and system caches??

avg informed me they have a software issue. may take awhile to fix. its been 3 weeks now

Open AVG PC TuneUp > Help > About - to check the version of the program.

We are unable to locate your account to find your previous cases to check the report that you have sent to us earlier.

We will help you sort it out. I request you to repair AVG PC TuneUp ( http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=How-to-repair-AVG ) and reboot your computer once. After reboot, please check if your AVG PC TuneUp program is working fine.

Hello Alok.  I've tried repairing AVG PC TuneUp, after reboot I sign in and the Free Up Space just continues to spin with so many MB found. If I click on this, then I get the screen saying Fix Problems with the little wheel spinning continuously.  I'm getting very frustrated as nothing seems to be working!
