I continually get the pop up that avg internet security is unable to scan encrypted email. The pop is very frequent. I receive emails fine, but obviously there is a problem. I did try the suggestions of changing email for encryption, to no avail. I currently have the 1607 windows 10 update, maybe that is causing the problem. I would like suggestions to get the email scan to not cause the popup. Internet security 2015 caused no problem, now running 2016 ver 16.111.7797. Any advice appreciated. Bill
Time warner cable NYC, running windows live email 2012, in windows 10, anniversary update ( ver1607, 64 bit) Email client is not embedded in the browser.
The popup not showing right now, states the program cannot read encrypted emails and gives a link to click on that brings screen shots and direction of how to set up the email and servers to allow avg to read the email.
I will send a screen shot, if possible, but not coming up while I am here.
