Hi Gavin.
We'll certainly clarify this.
It looks like you did not cancel the AVG Internet Security (1 computer) license when you upgraded to AVG Internet Security Multi-device in Jan 2018.
Your AVG Internet Security Multi-device subscription is valid till 13th Jan 2020 and you have been charged for the automatic renewal of AVG Internet Security (1 computer) license on 18th Oct 2019.
If you would like, I can arrange a merging of these subscriptions since they are identical or I can initiate a refund of the recent renewal.
Awaiting your response to proceed further.

Thanks Avinash. I couldn't work it out by looking at My Subscriptions on my home computer but when I logged into my AVG account using a web browser I could get more details and see what was happening. Yes, I had two AVG Internet Security subscriptions going. One for 1 device and another for multiple devices. DOH! What confused me is that they have the same subscription code. Seeing I've recently renewed the 1 device subscription and the multi-device subscription runs out in December this year, I've cancelled the multi-device subscription and will just keep the 1 device subscription. Thanks for your prompt response. All good now, G
Hi folks, when I check 'AVG subscriptions' on my home computer, I see 'AVG Internet Security' (Active) which is due for renewal at the end of December 2019. Under 'Other available subscriptions I also have 'AVG Internet Security' which is due for renewal around mid-October in 2021. I have the option of 'switching to this subscription'. It has the same subscription code (e.g. TNL4VW-C2Nxxx-xxxxxx) as the 'AVG Internet Security' (Active) which is due for renewal at the end of December 2019. What's going on here? Thanks. Gav

You are most welcome, Gavin.
To make the activation process easier, we recently introduced the concept called activation code which will be the same for AVG Internet Security, AVG TuneUp, AVG Secure VPN and AVG password protection.
