Hello Steve,
I see that you have an active AVG Internet Security - Unlimited (2 years subscription) and AVG TuneUp - Unlimited (2 years subscription) registered under the email address that you used to contact us here. Please be informed that these subscriptions can be installed on unlimited no.of Windows, Android and Mac devices. So, you do not need to purchase a new AVG subscription for your new android phone.

I would suggest you to cancel the latest purchase from Google play store and install already existing subscription. Submit your refund request to our mobile support team as suggested below:
Open AVG Anti-virus app/AVG Cleaner app.
Tap on drawer.
Click on Help and support-> Contact support and fill the form.

When purchasing my new mobile phone I installed AVG and paid via Playstore for the licences.
Therefore today I have a AVGpro version installed and linked to my Old mobile thru' my primary email address on the PC.  Now I have AVG thru' my secondary accout email account on the New mobile :-( 

a) how doI link the new mobile to my primry email?
b) Remove the existing AVG thru' my secondary account

Then follow the steps below to activate your existing subscription.

1. Now open the installed AVG app.
2. Tap on drawer (3 lines) on top-left of the app.
3. Select AVG Account.
4. Enter your My Account email address and password.

The paid app should get installed automatically.
