Two bad experiences with customer support

That's the  answer?   However, I am not surprised for I suspected from my past experiences with AVG customer service that I would get an answer along these lines.  I simply wanted to tell someone about my dissatisfaction with the "service" but unfortunately I put it in the wrong format…   It's clear that my dissatisfaction with the service ain't going anywhere.     There was and is only one concern;  very poor customer service.    All I was pointing out was that my only  two contacts with the AVG tech people (which involved 5 or 6 peole) was very poor.  It is clear that nothing is going to be done by AVG to improve or correct poor customer service.

Hello Douglas. I certainly understand your frustration and the inconvenience caused to you. I sincerely apologize for this. Your feedback is taken as a serious note and I assure you that this will not happen in the mere future.

In one instance i inadvertently installed Tune up a second time when i had a year left on the program.  My mistake.  However, when i asked for a refund i got the complete runaround and was pushed toward some other action.  Finally I got fed up and said just give me a refund which i aske for in the first place.

Recently I had touble with an installation on my laptop.  I talked to three techs and ultimately got hung up on by all three.  I gave two of them the license number and the order number, but was told the number was invalid.  Later I finally found a place to enter a license number and it popped up as VALID.  I activated and everything worked.
