Two charges on my account

I just received my credit card statement and I have two charges on my account, one is for $84.23 made on 9/28/22 and one is for $38.75 made on 10/13/ 22, could you please tell me why I have two charges. And also would like to cancel the account for the one made on 10/13/22.
