I have a 4 position AVG contract (IMCDZ-AD9M9-V2P4E-QR2RS-2DGNS-E). 3 of the positions (2 x Desktop and 1 x Laptop) are OK but one laptop is showing the following:
AVG – Update failed. General error.
Computer – database outdate (Antivirus database is outdated)
Web browsing –database outdated (Link scanner database is outdated)
Identity. Emails. Firewall sections are AOK.
Are you able to advise me how to overcome this ‘general error’?
