My AVG product renewals and messages are sent to one email account. However, my online account is with another email account.
When I logon to the second account online it says I have no products (Which of course I have and for years and years!)
If I try to change the email address in that account to the first one, it says that email already exists (Obviously).
So I cannot view online my products and previous purchases etc.
How can I get around this?
