On June 6, 2015 I received an email when buying PC tune-up for 33.99 set to expire in one year. In that same email were two attachments, one was a EULA and the other was another invoice. This one stated that I bought PC Tune up on July 6, 2015 and this time it said I bought it for 39.99 less $6.00 discount making it 33.99. My issue is that it's going to expire June 6th, I want that extra month that I paid for. It's disappeared however, no one in billing shows the second invoice that was sent. Customer service wanted me to do a screenshot, I tried for 3 hours and nothing worked. No mention of the Snipping Tool either for Windows 10 that I have. How do you take a screen shot that's going to work with two attachments in an emai?. Besides all that, I upgraded to the new upgrade from the upgrade to the next upgrade to the next, etc of Windows 10 and now I'm forced to try and figure out Outlook with my old Prodigy.net account that I don't want to give up. I sure wish there was a customer service number to call at AVG, Microsoft just sent me a letter telling me to contact three places to get help for Outlook. I rarely ever come for help, I try and figure it out on my own, but this time, after 5 hours now, I give up. Done with AVG and any other company that has no way to talk to customer service on the phone.
Oh this was supposed to be a question wasn't it?
There… that was the question.
