Two year subscription

Upon checking our records, we see that you've raised a refund request & the concerned team has already initiated the refund.
From your description, it seems that the program awaits reactivation. This isn't the usual behavior unless there is a change made to the operating system such as upgrade, downgrade, performed a system restore. The other available option could be the program would have been updated to the latest version.
Please let us know if you've reactivated the program successfully.

I subscribed to a two year AVG Tune Up in 2019 and after one year the program advised I was out of my subscription - so I ordered another two year subscription. I went to the account to see that this was a mistake as I already should have had cover - 

Do you need to input the activation code every year??? Why did the two year subscription stop working? 
Please refund the purchase made today
