UH i think i got some sort of fake version of avg virus

Uh so i was dowloading some things from a pretty legit sorce and a while later avg just kinda poped up there. Also I cant delete it end the task unnistall it or use a link from this website to remove avg it doesnt let the website load it just kills the tab. also it looked like this
