Rest assured, it is just the user interface having the issue but all shields are actively protecting your PC in background. Appreciate your understanding and patience.
Hi, I'm having a real problem with my AVG Ui. I have now reinstalled the program three times and each time I go to use the user interface it works for about 30 seconds than crashes with the message Ui failed to load. I'm using a Microsoft Surface Pro 4 running windows 10. Does anyone have any ideas on what I can do to get rid of this problem. I have tried repairing the program four times and it works for a short while before crashing again and as I said above I have uninstalled and reinstalled it three times.

We have received an update from our Senior Team asking to use the AVG Clear (https://www.avg.com/en-us/download-thank-you.php?product=REM) to uninstall the AVG Internet Security and then restart the PC twice.
Reinstall the application and check if the issue is resolved.

The problem seems to have resolved itself this morning and the Ui is working properly
