UI failed to load message

I understand the inconvenience caused, let's work together to fix this issue. The issue might be because of old/previous AVG traces, so I request you to remove AVG completely along with any previous traces using the AVG clear tool/AVG Remover tool and then do a fresh installation of AVG Internet Security. This will ensure that none of the previous traces of AVG are left on your computer and you have an updated version. Please follow the instruction to run AVG Remover tool and AVG Clear tool. After the computer reboots, you can follow the instruction to download/install/activate AVG Internet Security.

When I click on my AVG icon I get an error message–UI failed to load.    When I look up my account it is showing no AVG subscriptions–even though I should be covered through Feb. 2018

Do I need to uninstall?   Thanks  Tim
