UI failed to load - no option but to exit

I'm not a tech person. I have a PC with Windows 10. When I try to use my AVG features such as tuneup, I get a message - UI failed to load and my only choice is to exit. This has been happening for a couple of weeks. Is there some way to get AVG to do fix this without me going to the command prompt and doing something I'm clueless about?
