Also please send us a screenshot of the error message (UI failed to load). Just installed AVG. Every time I try to open the "UI Fails to Load".
What am I missing?

Walt, For your info, just in case that you are unaware, you can post the screenshot here in your topic. Click on 'Answer' & then click on the 'Image' [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions.
