UI Failed to load

HI AVG Ultimate, but whenever I attempt to start the AVG Internet Security GUI I get this error. All the windows 10 Remote desktop services are running (as previous documentation suggests I check for). I have uninstalled and reinstalled the product several times now - - no luck.

I have accessed online support, but all they did was to uninstall and reinstall - - this doesn't work

Any more ideas on what to try?
