UI failed to load

When following the guide you mailed me I come to point where I shall click “apply” and then a pop up window says: “access denied”.

Do I have to remove and reinstall AVG on my laptop now or a quicker solution?

The UI failed to load is caused by Windows services, we need to restart those services to fix this issue.
You can refer this article for the steps :

And this will no lead to your Laptop crashing.

Hej,
jag installerade nyligen ett DP Link Mesh Network i vårt hus och efter ett par dagar så fick jag problem med min AVG antivirus. Kan detta vara relaterat till mitt nya wifi-network eller har AVG nåt annat problem just nu?
När jag försöker öppna AVG Internet så får jag ett meddelande som säger "UI failed to load". 

Och min laptop har börjat strula sen detta hända. Jag har en ganska ny ACER Aspire 5. 

Många tack om nån vet hur man kan lösa detta problemet.
