Help!! I have been getting the ui failed to load message and have followed the uninstall instructions but the ui failed to load message interrupts the uninsrallation and my computer freezes so I can’t do a thing.
I have tried shutting down which I have to do by using the power button or pull out the battery as everything freezes.
Can anyone help?
