Sometimes, this might happen if few services are unable to initiate.
In this regard, we can try enabling the service manually, repairing the program or restarting the computer once.

Error shows as "UI failed to load." No options to "restart" program. Shows "EXIT" in the center of the page until I close out the program. Has been occuring for last three weeks, so I just close out the program. Why isn't this working if I am paying for it? Can email you image of the error message. But cannot attach to this message.
