UI Failed to load

We are sorry for the inconvenience caused. This is a known issue. We have already reported it to developers they are working on the fix. 

Could you please restart the PC twice and check whether you can open and access the AVG Internet Security program?

I've been having issues with the AVG internet security. When I click on the icon it says UI failed to load and it says im not fully protected. Is my system hacked?

I Unistalled and reinstalled the internet security twice. It is still doing the same thing.
