We have received an update from our Senior Team asking to use the AVG Clear (https://www.avg.com/en-us/download-thank-you.php?product=REM) to uninstall the AVG Internet Security and then restart the PC twice.
Reinstall the application and check if the issue is resolved.

Hi Ray, I had the same problem yesterday, but it seems to have resolved itself today
