I'm sorry to hear about this. In this case, I request you to remove AVG completely along with any previous traces using the AVG clear tool/AVG Remover tool and then do a fresh installation of AVG. This will ensure that none of the previous traces of AVG are left on your computer and you have an updated version. (1/2)

Hi I have just had this message when trying to start AVG Virus scan. I have tried the repair function and it has not solved the problem. I have just tried to attach a snapshot but it wants a URL and I don't have one.
