UI failing to load

Over the past couple of days I have begun to get the warning that UI has failed to load. How can this be rectified. I have already restarted my PC several times.

In light of the current circumstances concerning Covid-19 outbreak, there was a delay. Hope you're well.  
We're glad to look into this & help you. Sometimes, this might happen if few services are unable to initiate.
In this regard, we'd suggest you to follow the steps that are mentioned for AVG Antivirus in this article.
If issue persists, please try repairing the AVG program once & restart computer to check if it helps.
