UI fails to load

Sorry for the inconvenience, have you used AVG Clear tool to uninstall AVG? If not, refer this article: http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=How-to-troubleshoot-issues-after-upgrade-to-the-latest-AVG-antivirus-product to download and run AVG Clear tool.

Then download and install MSVCP (MicrosoftVc++) file using the below links:

32-bit:
http://download.microsoft.com/download/1/6/B/16B06F60-3B20-4FF2-B699-5E9B7962F9AE/VSU_4/vcredist_x86.exe

64-bit:
http://download.microsoft.com/download/1/6/B/16B06F60-3B20-4FF2-B699-5E9B7962F9AE/VSU_4/vcredist_x64.exe

Reinstall AVG Internet Security Unlimited as suggested here: http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=Download-and-install-AVG-Protection .

i keep been told that "UI failed to load" and AVG icon has a red cross on it in tray plus when mouse is run over it i am informed that "you are not protected"! i have deleted AVG and reinstalled but still getting the above? Any ideas???
