UI fails to start

We couldn't locate any active AVG subscriptions under the e-mail address you used to contact us here. You'd an subscription for AVG Business edition which was expired already.
Are you using trial/free version of AVG AntiVirus on your PC?

Have followed all instructions on starting div. services, but UI will not start. What causes this?
