Hi there. I have sent a query but haven’t received any acknowledgement of receipt. I have a subscription that’s due to renew shortly and I want to cancel. When I log into my account there are no active subscriptions logged so there isn’t any way to cancel. I received an email recently from AVG stating that I am eligible for 3 months of “Free anti tracker” when I renew. All I want to do is cancel. the contact telephone number I have tried (0808 169 4940) doesn’t ring. Another number I’ve tried (0800 652 4940) also doesn’t ring. Can anyone help?
