I have had the most horrific time trying to contact AVG. Numbers no longer exist, emails not responded to. Requests for a refund ignored. However I got a number and spoke to someone who then proceeded to offer me ‘alternatives’ to which I reiterated that I just want a refund! So, finally I am getting my refund and I will never use AVG again! Their UK number (for the moment anyway!) is 0800 066 8173 use it quick before it becomes ‘no longer exists!)
