The UK Phone number provided online does not work. This has been the case since last year. The only way I’ve had any contact with AVG is after leaving a TrustPilot review.
I have been told that for customers in the UK the refund is pro-rated based on the subscription left.
It seems fraudulent to give customers an incorrect number and no way to contact the company. AVG obviously know about this considering there are numerous previous posts saying the same thing.
I am reporting these practices to the UK Trading Standards Authority
