Ultimate install fail

Server failure when running the downloaded "AVG Internet security" .exe
On My Subscription page there is no option to re-download Ultimate. I downloaded AVG Internet Security and when I tried to install this it gave a server error.

I have bought a new computer with Win10 and I can't install my paid version of AVG Ultimate (11 June 2020). On My Subscription page there is no option to re-download Ultimate. I downloaded AVG Internet Security and when I tried to install this it gave a server error.  I also noted that AVG Ultimate is being discontinues with an upgrade at the end of this subscription. I could not attach a screen shot of server failure.
I also tried to load a "buy now" version of AVG Ultimate but there was no option to enter my AVG Activation Code.
