I have been going to my subscription page and clicking the download ultimate link. I have then been following the instructions. It appears to get to 100% and then flashes very quickly 120% and then goes to the error message. I am not getting to a point where I need to put and activation code in.
I am trying to re download my copy of AVG Ultimate and I am getting an error message I have never encountered before. What am I doing wrong?
The error message is ( 0xC0070643: General error (0x0643) )
Noel, did you use the links that I provided earlier for each AVG programs included in AVG Ultimate?
Yes, Noel. If you see AVG Internet Security or AVG PC TuneUp program installed on your PC, please uninstall them as mentioned in this article (https://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=Uninstall-AVG-software) and then proceed with the installation as posted earlier.

I have uninstalled all AVG software and then rebooted and then tried to download Ultimate again. Still the same error message. Any other ideas, please
