Hi THERE , I BOUGHT A PC TUNE UP AND IT DOESN'T WORK EVEN WHEN YOU SIGN IN TO INSTALL , AND THE PAGE DON'T SHOW ANY TOOLS TO INSTALL A NEW PRODUCT KEY, IT'S JUST ASK TO BUY. ANY BODY KNOW HOW THIS WORK OR I SHOULD GET MY MONEY BACK FROM THE RETAIL STORE.
